SCRANTON MUSIC ACADEMY (SMA) STUDENT OPINION POLL

Every 6 months, SMA will distribute Student Opinion Polls. These polls are used to improve the school and to ensure that you are receiving the best music instruction possible from our instructors.

You can make your poll anonymous, or if you prefer, you can indicate your name and contact info at the end of the poll in the "Other Comments" section.
