September 2026 Newsletter

Scranton Music Academy is the only music school in the Scranton, PA area where students earn colorful wristbands, trophies, and certificates through the patented Musical Ladder System®. Some other schools offer trophies and certificates, but none excite students like the Musical Ladder System® wristbands they proudly show off to friends.

Admission to the recitals is FREE. Participation in the recitals is FREE! You can invite as many friends and family members as you like! Donations will be accepted to Griffin Pond Animal Shelter but not mandatory.

Happy January, Academy Families! We are so proud of all of our incredibly talented students who performed in our Winter Recitals. You all rocked! A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support our performers. We are very sorry that we had to cancel Sunday’s Recitals but be sure to check out our YouTube Channel soon to see virtual performances! Summer Recital dates are officially set for Saturday , June 27th and Sunday , June 28th , with sign-ups opening March 1st .

Whether you’re returning to continue your musical journey or just starting out, this is the perfect time to set new goals, try new pieces, and most importantly-have fun making music!
